Kelly worked at Petco, a former LGP company, as CIO and led Merchandising, Marketing and OMNI Channel transformation work from 2009-2016.

She began her career in 2015 at Clearwater Analytics, an investment accounting firm. Tim joined LGP as a Vice President in 2003. Prior to LGP, Tim was a Director in the investment banking division of Credit Suisse First Boston in Los Angeles, which he joined in 2000 following CSFB’s acquisition of DLJ. He had been at DLJ since 1996 and had previously worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Paine Webber Incorporated in New York. Garrett rejoined AlpInvest Partners after earning his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Prior to AlpInvest, Garrett worked in the investment banking division at J.P. Morgan. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a Carolina Scholar. Rohan joined LGP as a Vice President in 2019. Previously, Rohan worked at Wellspring Capital Partners in New York from 2014 to 2019. Prior to Wellspring, Rohan worked at Roark Capital Group from 2012 to 2014, where he worked on several acquisitions in the franchise, multi-unit sector. Sokoloff Jonathan

Jon joined LGP in 1990. Previously, Jon was a Managing Director in corporate finance at Drexel Burnham Lambert, which he joined in 1985. Prior to Drexel, Jon was a Principal at Hambrecht & Quist, and prior to that, he was with Woodman, Kirkpatrick & Gilbreath, which subsequently merged with Hambrecht & Quist. He began his career at Merrill Lynch & Co. Jon serves as a trustee of Williams College and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. He is also a board member of the Melanoma Research Alliance. Jon earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College.

Erika joined LGP in 2011. Prior to LGP, she was with Centerbridge Partners and Renaissance Technologies, both based in New York. She began her career at PwC. Erika earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wellesley College cum laude and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). She is a member of the Wellesley Business Leadership Council, serves on the Southern California Education Committee of 100 Women in Finance, and is a board member of CoachArt.

Caroline joined LGP as the Head of Tax in 2023. Prior to LGP, Caroline was an M&A International Tax Partner at KPMG LLP in Washington, D.C. Starting her career at KPMG in 2004, Caroline began in KPMG’s Business Tax Services Practice as a part of the private equity team and later moved into the M&A International Tax practice. Caroline earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Michigan State University and a Master of Accountancy from The George Washington University. Caroline is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Virginia.
